AUTOMATIC PACKAGING
Purpose:
The equipment is intended for automatic dosing and packing of one component into paper packages of 25kg. Paper bags are used and they are supplied in two magazines. Control is executed by a PC008 controller.
Characteristics:
- two-speed dosing by feed screws controlled by an inverter (frequency converter);
- automatic feeding and fixing of the empty bag towards a stage under the scale;
- automatic transport of the full bag towards the position for sewing up;
- automatic sewing up and marking of the bag;
- control for correct positioning;
- control for availability of pressure and vacuum for the pneumatic mechanisms;
- productivity: 120 packages per hour;
- building up the archive for batched quantities according to the executed prescriptions and materials;
- interface connection via RS485 to a personal computer.
