PRESCRIPTION DOSING
Purpose:
The equipment is intended
for dosing, according to a prescription, of few components with different
relative weight. It is performed by two scales connected in a cascade and with
different range: 20kg and 1000kg. The control is executed by two controllers
PC008 – one for each scale.
Characteristics:
- two-speed dosing with feed screws controlled by inverters (frequency converters);
- control of feeding of the additional material which are not batched by the scales;
- control of mixer and the time for mixing;
- monitoring the state of the executing mechanisms;
- backing up 35 prescriptions in the memory of controller;
- building up the archive for batched quantities according to the executed prescriptions and materials;
- interface connection via RS485 towards a personal computer for:- building a mnemocircuit for the visualization of the processes;
- specifying of prescriptions (with unlimited number);
- building up a data base for a longer period of time.
