1. Two-position Dosing and Emptying Installation.
This installation is intended to periodically load two mixer units with a chosen quantity of material. During emptying the scale is automatically loaded with material via an aspirated input cabin. The dosing process is achieved through utilizing a reversible screw conveyor capable of frequency-based cycle regulation.
Any surface coming in direct contact with the substance is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
2. Flow-based Measurement Scale.
The scale is intended to measure the weight of a moving quantity of material (flour), to indicate the current productivity (in tons per hour) and to archive information about the quantity of material passed.
